Biographie
Denis Dedieu est un auteur, comédien, musicien et performeur originaire de Pessac, en Gironde. Après un Master de Lettres Modernes et un mémoire interrogeant la figure du monstre dans la littérature, le cinéma et les médias, il se consacré à la musique avec son groupe Daisy Mortem, effectuant plusieurs tournées en France et à l’étranger, avant de se tourner vers d’autres médiums. En 2022, il participe à plusieurs films produits par le Fresnoy, en tant qu’acteur et compositeur. En 2024, il collabore à l’écriture et joue dans le long-métrage « Les Loups » d’Isabelle Prim (nominé au FIDMarseille), performe pour des artistes comme Sonia Chiambretto, Liv Schulman ou Harold Lechien et co-écrit avec Ethel Lilienfeld la performance « EMI », présentée en 2025 au Botanique (Bruxelles).
FEED THE FEED est créé, dans sa forme embryonnaire, avec le soutien du festival Collectif Jeune Cinéma (Paris), de l’atelier Cyberrance (Paris) et du théâtre les Avant-Postes (Bordeaux).
Denis Dedieu is an author, actor, musician and performer from Pessac, in Gironde. After a Master’s in Modern Literature and a thesis examining the figure of the monster in literature, cinema and the media, he devoted himself to music with his band Daisy Mortem, going on several tours in France and abroad, before turning to other media. In 2022, he took part in several films produced by Le Fresnoy, as an actor and composer. In 2024, he collaborated on the writing of and acted in the feature film « Les Loups » by Isabelle Prim (nominated at FIDMarseille), performed for artists such as Sonia Chiambretto, Liv Schulman and Harold Lechien, and co-wrote with Ethel Lilienfeld the performance « EMI », presented in 2025 at the Botanique (Brussels).
FEED THE FEED is created, in its embryonic form, with the support of the Collectif Jeune Cinéma festival (Paris), the Cyberrance workshop (Paris) and the Avant-Postes theatre (Bordeaux).
À l’intérieur d’une pièce : un être humain. Par la fenêtre, des collines d’un vert immaculé. Il est midi. Une voix l’annonce. Première étape : nourrir le feed*. Au fur et à mesure, la voix pousse l’être humain à s’exposer : chanter, danser, explorer sa mémoire jusqu’à se confronter à quelque-chose qu’il n’est pas sûr d’avoir vécu, entre héritage traumatique, souvenir implanté et fantasme anxiogène.

Inside a room: a human being. Through the window, hills of an immaculate green. It is noon. A voice announces it. First step: feed the feed. Little by little, the voice pushes the human being to expose themselves: to sing, to dance, to explore their memory until confronting something they are not sure they have lived, between traumatic inheritance, implanted memory and anxiety-inducing fantasy.
