Show created at Subsistances for the festival Les Intranquilles – June 2008

Two men in a precarious balance, and obsessed with a woman’s voice. Hold on, despite the difficulty, the heat, the light, the sweat. Hold out until the end, together, against desire. . . and maybe even beyond. Hold on, because that’s where meaning lies. Hold on, while a voice calls you elsewhere, to sensuality, abandon, and collapse. Warm premiered at Les Subsistances 10 years ago. David Bobée rewrote it this year for two new acrobats and Béatrice Dalle. A show that is dense and dark, in both words and bodies.
