What does it mean to eat meat today ?

In collaboration with Rue89 Lyon

Access : 5 € all the day

Shameful industrial practices, mass production that causes a global ecological disaster, consideration of the animals’ experience: there are many reasons to ask ourselves whether we should eat meat. But most of us don’t give it up. With butchers, restaurant owners, journalists and scientists, we’ll sit down to discuss how we consume: stop or keep going? How to do things differently.

Farmers market: noon to 4pm

Esplanade – € 5 per plate

6 booths offer several dishes to discover all their good products.
