The young chefs Mathieu Rostaing (ex 126) & Floriant Rémont (Le Potager des Halles) revisit the Easter-Sunday family meal. On the program, a menu based on lamb without eating it! Revisited herbs, flowers to taste, beets in an ash crust, goat-cheese panna cotta, hay ice cream, etc.
Bring your favourite wine and introduce your table mates to it !
Pursue then your meal by attending the show of Sunday of your choice (place included with the banquet)*.
