Staff Committee:
to facilitate access to contemporary creation.
The CRAM’s staff committee and Les Subsistances have created this year a specific activity based on the circus show “Le fil sous la neige” by Les Colporteurs, under the circus tent.
Thanks to a show suitable for all, even young children, several dates, concessions, the chance to meet tightrope walkers, and a tour of Les Subsistances, this event has answered a lot of expectations: those of families, of people who like historical sites, and of course of the staff who were looking to build bridges with contemporary creation.
For Les Subsistances, the goal is to give corporate employees the chance to easily access the world of contemporary art, give them the keys to understand and enjoy the shows, arouse their curiosity, and break down prejudices to make way for a real discovery. In this objective, it is vital to develop an appropriate, relevant and attractive support.
Logically, the idea of dialogue and communication was at the forefront of the proposals that were made to the staff committees, associations and groups of employees. Tours of the site, public rehearsals, meetings with the artists and of course very small ticket prices!
