Please confirm bookings within 3 days by making the appropriate payment. The tickets that have been paid for can be picked up from reception 15 minutes before the show or they can be sent to your home if you enclose a stamped self-addressed envelope with your payment. Tickets, which have been booked but not yet paid for, can be picked up from reception 30 minutes before the show.

You can confirm your dates anytime through the year, and until the last minute if available. If you book more than a week ahead, please send us the relevant number of Su tickets for the price of the seats and we will send the tickets for the show free of charge.

MODE OF PAYMENT

You can pay by cash, credit card (remotely or at the ticket desk), cheque (payable to “Les Nouvelles Subsistances”), Chèques-Vacances, Cartes M’ra, Chèques-Culture.

Date changes: To change dates, please present your original ticket. Changes are allowed for same show only, if available.
Seating arrangement: Seats are not numbered.
Late arrivals: Access may be subject to conditions or denied after the show has started.
Disabled access: Most theatres are wheelchair-friendly and can accommodate people with reduced mobility. Please let us know of any specific need you may have 48 hours before the day.
Restaurant: Food available on performance nights.
